A 30% deposit confirms your booking. The balance is due on or before arrival.

Cancellation
Based on Airbnb's standard Moderate policy: cancel up to 5 days before check-in for a full refund of the balance (the deposit is non-refundable). Within 5 days of check-in, the first night and 50% of the remaining nights are charged. A no-show is charged in full.
